Later there arised a necessity for support of our clients after the work has been performed. This is how Consulting center appeared.

In course of time the number of clients of the Consulting center increased and center's specialists began to conduct the thematic trainings and seminars. As a result there appeared an Educational center.

«Audit and consulting group «Kompas» is the first and single training provider of Program for certification of specialists of leasing business (PSSLB), as well as provider of Program for international certification of accountants (CIPA).

The educational center offers the corporate studying programs as well as open events. In their turng, open programs are divided into medium-term and short-term programs. The aim of a short-term program is to give the maximal volume of knowledge in a short interval of time.

A purpose of medium-term studying programs is to systematize the present knowledge and skills and to receive new as well as to exchange experience among the participants of the programs. The studying programs do not give a universal recipes for achievement of success, but rather describe the instruments of strategic management, with the help of which it is possible to achieve success, provide imagination of analytical processes, methods, approaches and procedures and their combinations, which allow to attain effective results.
